Seeking farmland rental Niagara On the Lake Regenerative Agriculture

Seeking- farmland to rent in Niagara-on the lake, 1/2 - 1 acre. First rental term for April-Nov 2022, yearly contract with hopes of continuing for multiple years if both parties are happy with the first year of rental. Budget - $100-$500 ( monthly box of produce from the garden can also be agreed upon, price depending on access to water and land condition) Use - Researching regenerative agriculture practices specific to the improvement of your soil biology, through the use of the rented land as a market garden. A soil test will be conducted before and after my use to show the improvement in your soil biology. Background - I am a horticulture student at Niagara College while also completing regenerative agriculture certifications from the EFAO through their new farmer training program. I am looking to rent land to use during the months of April-Nov to run a market garden to begin building a network with local farmers and customers while researching different regenerative agriculture methods aligned with organic certifications. I hope to develop a relationship with a landowner and work through a land use agreement that suits both of our needs while not effecting the landowner enjoyment or use of their property.
