Looking for 1 acre within 1 hour of Barrie

I am 22 years old and I love to farm/garden. I have 3 years of experience working on commercial-sized farms cultivating everything between vegetables and cannabis. I'm currently in search of somewhere to grow my medical cannabis prescription, I am prescribed 60gr/day which translates to 292 indoor or 114 outdoor plants. Everything will be registered with Health Canada and licensed under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) program. I am willing to put work in to make land workable, and I will treat your land as if it were my own. I have aspirations for a couple years down the line of applying for a micro-cultivation license and building up a greenhouse facility so long-term rentals/lease-to-own is ideal for me. Current budget is around $1000-$1500/mo.
