Hard working family in need of a farm property

We are a hard working family of 6 seeking a farmhouse with some land to call our home. Currently seeking a 3+ bedroom house, with room for our farm, out buildings on the property are a bonus but not necessary. We have some livestock, as well as gardens to be as self sufficient as possible. A fixer upper house is not an issue, just hoping to stay within the Kawarthas. But open to other areas within reason. We have references available as well as first and last months rent.
